Our Commitment

At Venusian Mirror, each item is handcrafted with intention, care, and thoughtfully selected ingredients for personal use. Because many of our products come into direct contact with the body, we maintain careful hygiene and safety standards. 

By making a purchase from Venusian Mirror – whether through our website, at an in-person event or market, through a pop-up, or through any other authorized sales channel – you agree to the policies outlined below. 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of our soap, bath, and body-care products, all sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Scent preferences
  • Skin sensitivity or reaction
  • Order the wrong item
  • Failure to read product descriptions or ingredient lists

This policy helps protect the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for every customer. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue. 

To be considered for a replacement or store credit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Approved claims may be resolved, at Venusian Mirror's discretion, through a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued. 

Requests submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for resolution. 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. 

Venusian Mirror does not verify, edit, or correct shipping addresses after an order is placed. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled. 

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a new shipping fee will be required before it can be resent. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the selected shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. 

Venusian Mirror is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located by the customer. 

If a package is lost or missing in transit, customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier selected at checkout. We encourage customers to use secure delivery locations and consider available carrier insurance when appropriate. 

Combined Orders & Eco-Conscious Shipping

As part of our eco-conscious shipping practices, Venusian Mirror may combine multiple orders placed within a similar timeframe when the shipping addresses are an exact match. 

Please note: 

  • Combined orders may ship together under one tracking number. 
  • Delivery confirmation for the combined shipment serves as proof of delivery for all orders included. 
  • Orders with any address differences cannot be combined. 
  • Combining orders does not change fulfillment timelines or claim eligibility. 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are happy to review eligible concerns in accordance with this policy. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • This policy is available before purchase and applies to your order. 
  • Orders shipped to the address provided and marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. 
  • Hygiene-based products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law. 

If a payment dispute is initiated, Venusian Mirror may provide the payment processor with relevant order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and this policy. 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, including clearance, promotional, and limited-edition offerings, are not eligible for replacement, store credit, return, or refund, except where required by law.
